About Me

Welcome to Life Changing Code, my name is Sarah and I am an Accredited Belief Coding® Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner and Breakthrough Breathwork Facilitator. I use a blend of these healing modalities in a unique approach to guide my clients to personal transformation.

My own path to enlightenment has been one hell of a journey. As an academic over achiever I put endless pressure on myself through school, university and law school. The high stress, high pressure path that I put myself on was, I realise now, destroying my nervous system and putting me into a permanent state of ‘fight or flight’.  Anxiety was my status quo. I masked my inner turmoil behind a facade of confidence and being ‘always busy.’ On the inside I was battling constant imposter syndrome, anxiety, overwhelm and low mood.

Falling pregnant set me on the path of pursuing health and wellness as a priority after neglecting it and abusing my body for so long. I gained perspective over work stress, took time to rest, detoxed and looked after myself for the first time in my life. This was the start of an 8 year long journey of education, research and experimentation in the hope of changing my life.

A career change and new lifestyle practices healed so much, but after removing so many triggers, I found my baseline was still anxiety. Even when everything in life was good, I still had this lingering feeling of unease and would wake up anxious. I knew I was being limited with my new goals by unconscious programming that I had lived with for so long. This is when I began to study the subconscious and discovered just how much we are impacted by what is stored in our bodies from past experiences, traumas and trapped emotions and how this can manifest as depression, anxiety and even physical pain and illness. Once I began implementing the techniques learned my outlook transformed.  I knew I had to share this gift and help as many people as possible to transform their lives.

It’s is a powerful healing modality which integrates elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix Reimprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology, and Energy Healing. It works to release trapped emotions and limiting beliefs that are often formed in childhood and which in adulthood can cause mental blocks, emotional distress and can even manifest as physical pain.   • Each session lasts around 2.5 hours. This is because, unlike other holistic therapies and healing modalities, the root cause of a particular psychological discomfort is discovered, healed and reprogrammed all in one session rather than over a course of sessions as is often the case with CBT or hypnotherapy. The session begins with a discussion around the discomfort in question, and you will be guided through a process to tap into your subconscious mind to find the root cause of the discomfort. Any memories that arise in relation to the discomfort are carefully healed until the emotional charge is removed from the memory, releasing any negative and limiting beliefs that were attached to it and new positive beliefs are programmed into your subconscious to replace them. You will leave the session having rewired your subconscious mind.

  • This completely depends on your circumstances and what you would like to work on. Some clients feel enormous shifts in one session, some benefit more from smaller shifts over a series of sessions. Each session can tackle a particular discomfort - for example a phobia like a fear of heights could be cleared in one session - but tackling a wider discomfort of anxiety is likely to require multiple sessions to work on the multiple triggers and various ways that anxiety manifests in different areas of life. Revisiting memories in a Belief Coding® session gives you the opportunity to get to the root of an issue, neutralise the emotional charge and heal those memories. You are able to reframe them in your subconscious mind, releasing any negative impact they had on you going forward. The memories worked on are brought to your attention by your subconscious and you can feel reassured that your subconscious will only show you memories that you are ready and able to heal. There is no agonising over past hurts and it is even possible to go through the process without sharing all the details of the memories that come up, with me, if that is more comfortable for you.
